Strato Domingo is the Clans source of HarJel. This jellylike liquid can be quickly hardened sufficiently to withstand even the stress of vacuum. The demand for HarJel is astoundingly high, as it is used for everything from repairing heavy machinery to reinforcing armor on ships' hulls, and also within Elemental suits.
Clan Diamond Shark defends the hotly contested world of Strato Domingo with vigor. The Jade Falcons have made particularly stubborn efforts to claim Strato Domingo; they had once built an outpost there, but abandoned it when their own colonization program fell through. In a deal brokered by Diamond Shark merchants, Clan Hell's Horses was given a colony site on Strato Domingo - the only other Clan ever allowed on the planet - and limited rights to HarJel resources in return for assisting the Clan in creating its own Elemental bloodlines.
